HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery. Express next working day delivery is also available, please contact us before purchasing if you require delivery by a specific date.

WHAT COMPANY WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

All orders within the UK and EU are carried out by our delivery partner DPD. UK customers will receive email/text notification a day before delivery time, with an allocated 1-hour delivery slot on the day.

All International orders are carried out by our delivery partner DHL.

ARE THERE ANY IMPORT FEES / TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?

For all orders outside of the EU, any import fees/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We do offer a service which includes import fees/taxes. Please contact us to discuss that before making a purchase.

CAN I CHOOSE WHAT DAY I GET MY DELIVERY?

UK based customers can select which day they’d like their delivery and we’ll dispatch their orders accordingly.
We kindly ask you to add the preferred weekday you’d like your order delivered in the notes section when making a purchase. EU and International clients can request email/text notifications from our delivery partners.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

No, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

DO YOU DELIVER TO HOTELS?

Yes, we do deliver to Hotels.

RETURNS

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Your returned item must arrive with BespokeBaller no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you arrange your return within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives with us within 14 days.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

Swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.

Swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and accepted by BespokeBaller your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. We recommend using Royal Mail for your return, as-well as tracked and insured for your own benefit.

If you are eligible, we may be able to issue your refund as BespokeBaller credit if you prefer; the amount will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.

Faulty items

It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. Items are checked and photographed before being shipped. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please email us within 48 hours of the item being delivered. We will help you arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.
